I have been using the services of bank of baroda from last couple of years.The services provided by bank of baroda did not impressed me till yet.They have more number of branches and ATMs in gujrat sate compare to other state span india .
Phone Banking:
Their phone banking services are good compare to other services provided by BOB. Easy to navigate to IVR and all necessary information available in phone banking.
Internet Banking
It took me more than a week’s time to understand different flow and functionality of internet banking and to login to BOB internet banking.
BOB has made their internet banking service next to worst. For very small functions they insist to fill up the form and approach the bank which can be easily done online.
ATM Service:
Very less number of ATMs are present span india compare to other nationalize banks like sbi.
Customer Service:
Customer service is not good. Most of the staff in BOB is more than 40+ years of age and sometimes it is difficult to deal with them.
Sometimes its require to have your bank account in nationalize banks so go for it if you dont have any other option.
