Poor Call Center 15-20 min response time 2 months to get ATM & net banking pin, net banking system is compatible with internet explorer only low speed higher NEFT charges than other bank, Higher Saving account charges minimum DD Charges r Rs 56/-.
PPF account facility in few branches.
Self linked account transfer creates problems.
Not Recommended if you want a saving account with service in a govt Bank go for IDBI which is the only govt bank offering super saving account at 0 maintenance charges 0 DD charges & cash can be deposited at their ATM. only govt have its own trading plateform for shares & equity trading.
Call centre is toll free & within 1 min one can speak with executive. No need for introducer for opening a saving account.
