I have been working at Bank of Baroda full-time(More than a year)
PROS
reliable company experienced coleague rural branches are less so rural posting chances reduces fast track concept for promotion within 15 years you can be GM of bank
CONS
bad HR policies age difference btween colleague poor infrastructure of branches
Advice to Management
think of employees point of view and please cope up with market eg: when every bank has launched a bank after one to two year bob managers wake up and then launch the same product
COSTUMER SERVICE AND OTHER RELATED BANK FACILITIES ARE VERY GOOD AT BANK OF BARODA
