Banks and banking are nowadays a integral part of our life.Our saving, investments, purchases etc.I was a longtime customer for a famous govt bank but I never felt privileged as a customer.Long queues, unfriendly staff was a common thing until I opened my savings ac in bank of Baroda, not only I was given first class customer service but also lot of other services which my bank was not providing.
