Worst customer service. Review on Bank Of Baroda 

My complaint, which I sent them earlier, will talk louder about their customer service:

(QUOTE)Bank of Baroda closed my grievance DEABD/E/2016/12645 without causing any grievance redressal.The reason, your Guruvayur branch manager, Anoop Nadaraj had earlier told me for not entertaining my additional housing loan request, was that bank's policy does not allow it(i.e, no housing loan/AAA, if a person has already availed a housing loan, no matter his repaying capacity, as it is impossible to create a second mortgage on the property; OTHERWISE the house should be atleast 3 years old).NOW, YOUR GURUVAYUR BRANCH MANAGER, ANOOP NADARAJ, HAS OBLITERATED THIS REASON, WHICH HE HAS EARLIER PARROTED, AND HAS STARTED TO STATE ANOTHER REASON THAT I HAD NOT MET THE REPAYMENT CAPACITY CRITERIA OF THE BANK.But, I want to tell you that he is lying to you.Actually, I had told him that I would close my personal loan which I had availed for constructing a wall around my plot, (And, I had, later, closed that loan, paying the entire balance amount) and all the short term gold loans.But, He had, from the beginning, a feeling of enmity towards me and misled me, giving me false information, believing which I withdrew my earlier complaints.The Branch Manager of your Guruvayur branch succeeded in cheating me.I have doubts regarding his integrity, because only people having crookedness in their minds will behave in this manner.Therefore, I request you to conduct an investigation in this matter.(UNQUOTE)

In my opinion, the customer service of Bank of Baroda is worst
