A bank with weak heart!!!. Review on Bank Of Baroda Visa Credit Card

Title : A bank with weak heart!!!

Review : Since there is only a very few players in my city in this feild, I had applied for the BOB card and after 45 days passed I had inquired at email address of the company regarding my application. I received their reply '' Sir we have receive your application and its in the process. We shall be revert back to you as soon as possible within a few days.

We are sorry for the inconvinience caused to you !!!'' Well, Then I had again started waited and after 20 days I again email them asking what happened with my application ?? again I received an email from there exactly the same language as I had already received. Once more they shown appology and promised me that they will do the best within a few days!! And its not enough I had after 20 more days once again asked them, (its about 3 months now after I had applied them) they replied me that my application was rejected !!! Think how they are working!!! they have taken 3 months time to reject an application.

I had already a credit card with ICICI Bank and have an excellent record. And this BOB doesn't cosider my credit wortheyness for a credit limit of just for Rs. 21000!!!! why I need a credit card is that I have to pay my webhosting and other charges for my business only through credit card. I have all these services from USA Companies cause I know that they are really best in the world !!!!. Thats why I have gone to BOB cards otherwise I never even wish think about this BOB !!! Well its not a question nor a problem that they have rejected my application. They are doing a business. But my views is that BOB is working too hard for gettting new customers and even it had now offerered free card to new customers and they are spending more and more behind advertisment !!! but if they can't take a risk for a customer with a good tarck record or they can't take a decision in right time then doesn't all its only a wastage of our public money !!!!

Well tell me how much of you had got the BOB card ??? are you satisfied ? I want to suggest the BOB that credit card business is a riskey business and BOB had no brave heart and so its injurious to banks health. So they should close its BOB card div. at the earliest to save wastage of our public money.
