About Bank of America. Review on Bank Of America

I have worked with Bank of America for almost 2 years and it was nice working with them. You will be amazed to spend time with the management over there. One of the great thing about Bank of America is their ambiance, work culture, employees and many other things which lure every one to get attached with this company. In starting, I would like to recommend  everyone to join this company and make career in the banking sector, however, they do not have banking operations in India, they only work here as a BPO company. Let me tell you something about Bank of America.

Bank of America is one of the multinational bank which provides financial services and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Bank of America provides services through more than 5000 banking centers, call centers, more than 18000 ATMs all over the world. If we look to their revenue each year then let me tell you that in 2015 their total revenue from all over the world was 85.11 billion US dollars with 17.0  billion profit in hand. The Bank of America's acquisition of Merrill Lynch in 2008 led them to the ladder where they were know as world's largest wealth management organization and became the major player in the Investment banking in market.

I was working over there as an Associate in Chat support to Bank of America's customers. Banking process is one of the biggest process in BPO industry as it includes many things from Customer support to Investment banking, debit card, credit card, wire transfers all over the world and many more things. I used to handle checking and savings account along with debit card issues. Most of the issues used to be overdraft fee that is usually charged when someone withdraws more than his/her bank account balance. So, on daily basis I used to handle these cases most. Let me tell you the things which I like the most in Bank of America, the first things is the friendly environment, work culture, job security(never seen anyone fired so far until and unless there is serious HR issue), transport facility, sodexo cards and many things. They do follow zero tolerance for sexual harassment, breach in secret information etc.

In this end, I would recommend everyone whomsoever is looking to work with BPO industry to join Bank of America and make career there. You may also get a chance to go abroad on a business visit to work in America.
