My first ever shipment of Mangoes reached me via blue dart, very prompt ! took only 4 days to Bangalore. Cut two fruits and the taste was simply YUMMY!! a perfect Alphonso. But, I was a bit disappointed after finding 4-5 rotten fruits. I wrote to them about this. They were very apologetic and rightly so, they told me that there is no way of knowing that a fruit has gone bad from inside. They all looked and smelled perfect from outside!
Anyway, the owner, Mr Prakash Bang was also in the mail chain and after reading, he requests his team to send me a complementary box of 12 Mangoes! He again apologized and said that this was rare that I got 5 bad mangoes in a pack of 12.
I believe this is excellent customer service! only people who believe in their product would do such things to retain their customers.
