It is a wonderful place located in the midst of the busy city. It is located near kaveri theater, in Vasanthnagar, palace road.
The architecture is wonderful. It is said to have been built by the wodeyar dyansty. The pictures are hung so well in order that if you just go through them, you would get to know the history well.
You can go around the whole palace and it will take you around 3-4 hours or sometimes more if you are a keen observer and if you keep reading everything and studying the pictures and designs carefully.
It can be a best picnic spot with family and kids. It is fun and well as knowledgeable for the kids and people of all age groups.
It is maintained very neat and clean. The staff are also friendly. I would suggest everybody visiting Bangalore, visit the Bangalore palace. You would have a nice day.
