I had a very bad experience from the parking lot at central mall bellendur. I was given 2 slips at parking entry (1 slip is for redemption at shops and other you product at exit). unfortunately by mistake I missed the 2nd slip at billing counter at big bazaar. however I feel this is just a human error and can happen with anybody. however at exit I was charged Rs 100 as fine for loosing the slip. this is ridiculous and completely customer unfriendly. I asked the person at counter that vehicle number was mentioned on the slip that means he can easily retrieve the entry time from system by entering the vehicle number. he said there is rule to fine Rs 100 in case of slip lost.
I would say if they have my vehicle number in the system why can they print a duplicate slip and fine Rs 20 from customer as inconvience charge. which even customer would not feel bad.
I think they make such rule to rob the customer. given there is an easy solution which is a win win situation for both customer and the mall, they should not go with straight away fine of Rs 100 from customer. Even though the shops are good at mall, the bad treatment from parking lot I would give a overall bad rating to the mall. a sad thing.
just to tell you next day I have even spoken to mall manager, soul space manager and they said they would discuss this matter, but from their talk I feel their nothing going to happen.. they would keep on cheating and robbing the customers.
