This is an awesome shopping destination for everyone but it has not made me and family happy though.
Firstly the goods sold seems to be over priced comparatively. A shabby, dull looking product might cost you thousands of Rupees. They price the products high and then offer a discount on them. Even after the discount the prices are too high and the quality is not exceptional. The case is the same with the shoe section as well. Moreover the sales executives are not very helpful. They seem to be extremely frustrated with their jobs and so are not interested to serve the customers. If we ask for another colour or size of the same dress they would ask us to search instead of helping us.
The Soch outlet is the only outlet for dress materials in the mall which I feel are reasonably priced. This makes the shop very crowded and unsuitable for shopping. The changing rooms remain very crowded always and so we will have to stay in a queue for a long time.
The first floor of this mall has a watch shop . I bought a Titan Raga watch for my friend as a gift from there. Since it was slightly long for her, we had come here to remove a few links from the watch. The customer service is so bad there that they refused to offer any such service to us. They asked us to go to any Titan showroom for this. This made us really very annoying.
Even though the mall is clean and well maintained but the washrooms are not enough for the masses and are also not clean or well maintained. The lifts and escalators remain unoperational at times. They do not even play any music inside the mall to keep up the ambience, instead just keep making announcements about offers. This is too loud and frustrating.
There is a 7D theatre show on the top floor of the mall. This is quite useless and is not worth the money. The charge over 200 rupees for a 20 minutes show and is not 7D. It is only recommend for children below 10 years who migh love it.
The only good thing about this mall which I feel is the PVR Soul Spirit theatre. This theatre is well maintained and good enough.
