Pethetic service, most of the reviews here are fake. Employees over here are careless and irresponsible.
I took my 3yr old son here to emergency for severe caugh and cold with 102 fever, nursing students were present who were just in panic, weigh machine wasn't working there. Then I was sent to Pediatric OPD where a junior doctor examined my son and said he was perfectly fine and sent us back home after advising for CBC and CRP. After we went back home, my Son's condition worsened and we took him to Aster CMI childrens emergency where he was admitted due to bronchitis. I called up Baptist for lab reports, a blessed guy over there Emailed me a 35yrs old lady's reports.
Service has become pethetic in Baptist hospital, most of the nurses are juniors with no proper training and you never get any resolution from guest relations or improvement on hospital side. You will be treated well only if you are a private patiant. If you are general patient then you become a trial piece for Juniors and trainees.
