Banana Boat Dark Tanning Lotion with SPF of 4 is waterproof and works to keep your skin soft. Sounds silly for something that is a sun magnifier to actually make you soft! The two key ingredients are Aloe and Vitamin E. They are both excellent moisturizers I have long been a sun-child as my mom says and I am out in the sun as long as there is daylight.

Please do allow yourself to get burned. This causes the skin to become irritated and hurt. You may also blister and could possibly get blood poisoning. If you do not have a base tan or any “tan” color to your skin limit your exposure to 30 minutes each day and increase your time by 10 minutes a day. Try as best you can to stay out of the sun between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The sun is at its highest point and hottest time during those hours. You will get burned very quickly during these times. It is also a good idea to use sun tan lotion or sunscreen while it is cloudy. The sun’s rays ultraviolet rays can penetrate the cloud cover and burn you. Just because the sun is not visible does not mean it will not burn you.
