Well Well well............... ahem ahem................ do v need to say anythin about this production house n the television series it produces n d LADIES who watch thm by hook or by crook???? ask all da men around! im sure we wont find a single male who would be watchn any of these blessed soaps ... rather who wud not be watchn'em.... cuz if he wud b watchn thn it wud only b due 2 d reason where his spouse or child or gf or mother wants 2 watch it n der is seriously no other way out but watch d damn stuff......................
this is an additction.... trust me... one of d worst addictions a person mite catch hold of!
well I knw dat d argument which wud crop up wud be ..... "DO V WOMEN SAY ANYTHIN WHN U MEN WATCH d CRICKET MATCHES ???" .... d answer wud be a NO n a YES .....
the reason -> v dnt watch d same match every hour, d highlights even after watchin d match .... so y wud u complain?? ...... YES u do complain whn v get engrossed in d match if its at a tensed situation.... but yea if v r sleepy thn v turn off the television n go 2 sleep ..... v do not stay glued 2 d TV set day in day out neither do v watch d entire match d next day if v hadnt watchd it the previous day whn it was being telecast LIVE ......... matches last few hours .... n are on fewer days (say 3 in a week)..... d series gets over within a month or so ............ it doesnt go on for a decade .......... if we feel d match is borin we turn off d TV and not even once think tht v will miss d connectivity 2 da match!
i guess iv said alot about men watchn 'matches'! dat is ne which ways nt d topic of discussion or review here....
well im sorry if im being very critical abt this.... but facts r facts n yes! I do agree tht a major portion of women watch these r housewifes n they have alot of time on their hands to watch these amazingly similar soaps..... im sure Miss Kapoor has sum magic wand tht watever she produces turns to gold............. be it d same story (depicted in her last 10 series .... repeated again in the 11th.... wit a new cast n a different kindda twist) .................... d story of d soap....... initially .... strts well.... but after a few months it goes back to d same track ...... but still these women watch them over n over again ...... sumtimes even watch d repeat shows .....
im not anti-women or an MCP .... im a person who has suffered the consequences of these daily soaps produced by this production house jst like other men ........... u will ask me how???? answer below (these are ficticious but similar scenarios tht a son,father,husband go thru in everyday life)
Scenario 1 : mother n son or father
son or father : mum it was a tough day at work 2day ... im very hungry as I dnt eat lunch ... can I dinner early 2day???
mother :sorry dear .... today kavya n anjali r goin 2 get married ... thn tulsi is goin 2 leave her house for the 1st time in the history of "kyuki" ..... thn parvati is goin to turn vamp in "kahani ghar ghar ki" .... so I guess u will either hv 2 eat out or wait till these intersting episodes end today!
Scenario 2 : wife n hubby
hubby : sweethrt! I hv booked a table for 2 at d marriot 2day ... lets go
wifey :whnever I wanna go u never tk me out! n today whn mihir is cummin back to life u want me 2 go out??? pls cancel the bookings as I wanna watch the 1 hour episode where mihir makes a comeback! how cn I miss tht for d world!
I want someone to come n explain to me how in d world and why these women can go on n on n on watchn these soaps over n over again?? I mean .... dont they get bored of d same story lines? d same cranky stuff? d same types of sets? d same types of clothes? d same faces n similar roles? d list jst doesnt end here .......... u think of it, n its here in d list....
I can understnd Bold n d Beautiful doin gud .... cuz it was ONE of its kind .....
Can anyone of us imagine.... a series of soaps starting with the letter "B" ????.......... Bold but not beautiful .... Bold barring the beautiful ...... The Boldest Beautiful ..... etc..... NO we cant.... d only ppl who can........ are the people from this prodcution house n d women who watch their products!!!
Thank god we have d power of switchin channels n having multilple TV sets at home or else the men of India wudv gone crazy.....
Its like the torture of watchn n listenin to only Himesh Reshammiya's music being played on all music channels ... can u beat tht! .......... I wudv smashed my TV set to start with .... rest ill leave to ur imagination .................. ;)
