Bad experiance and staff. Review on Balaji Healthcare Rajpal Hospital - Kopar Khairane - Navi Mumbai

I went to this hospital to get my mother checked about the fatty liver problem.She have been experiancing the problem in digestion and also weakness.So I had made and appointment with the docter .Not exactly an appoitment but I talked to the Docter .

On 21 August 2015 I went and took my mother to hospital at 11am as I was told and I had to buy a slip for 500 rupees.I waited and waited with my mother for 2hours the docter didn't came as he was on holidays according to the staff.I was surprised as how a docter can give me an appointment to come when he was himself not there

I called him and he didn't picked up then after I had to go back Home I called and he said that he forgot the date he was going to come and told me to come next day the next day I went and I was told to make a slip again.I showed them fhe previous day slip she said its nkt eligible .As you know you can come for a week with a slip but they didn't had the policy .But I had to pay for my mother .After doctor came he just stood looked and touched stomach in five minute and said its nothing to be worried about and not to eat certain food and few pills for which he charged 480.

I went home with such careless attitude and after few days my mother felt more pain so I had to take it to fortis and they said its serious.I was really furious and I decided never to compromise my reletives health amd not to go to such useless hospital .I won't recommend it.
