This movie was rekeased during the best period of release of a movie, before the week of christmas. This brings the hit jodi of ranveer-deepika after successfull Ramleela. Expectation was high but clashing with Dilwale was a big problem.
After the release, bajirao mastani grow stronger with an incredible word of mouth. The performance of the three main leads along with the direction was overwgelmed.
Boxoffice wise, it has not collected below 5 crore in a day even after its 17 day.
It became a success in the boxoffice.
