Very True. Baajirao is indeed a master creation from SLB and Ranveer, Deepika and Priyanka have done wonders portraying the historic roles. The word of mouth publicity is taking this movie to greater heights with each passing day!
It was slow to begin with as compared to Dilwale. But Baajirao Mastani is gathering pace with more and more word of mouth publicity!
Some guys commenting on Bajirao's military victories they are forgetting that Nadir Shah destroyed whatever was left of Mughal authority post Alamgir, in 1739 when he sacked Delhi and took off with the Kohinoor and the Peacock throne, so Bajorao and Marathas used this vacuum and built up many victories. This was like defeating the depleted West Indies post the retirements of stars. But when the same Marathas were faced with Abdali, even though it was a complete Maratha confederacy in the 3rd Battle of Panipat, the result was the complete defeat of this grand alliance. This was a real battle and not hit and run which the Marathas had been playing until then. Real fast bowling - express pace!
