A must watch movie and that too on theater only, because then only you can enjoy and feel what the director has tried to show to the audience.
About the cast, there is no alternate to all the entire cast. Each one has played their roles to the maximum perfection level, which can be achieved.
I personally believe that SLB has done his task as a director to every minutest detail.
