I bought the xcd on the 9th of october 2007.
I thought, this is when my mileage problems will be completely solved. but alas . on the second day.starter problems.fuel meter problems . I wondered … have I made a mistake .?
now I feel. I DEFINITELY HAVE
it vibrates between 38-42. the starter has problems. the stand gets stuck sometimes. the mileage is only 60.and that is crazy after what they have been adversitising.the fuel display is faulty. and there is no fixed fuel limit for reserve.its goes into reserve anytime between 0-3 litres .
probably the only reason I can still stand the bike is because of its good looks … otherwise …I don’t know what I would have done ….
the rest is ok. but how can u compromize for mileage. thats the reason I bought the bike.
damn.i HATE BAJAJ.dirty bike. go for the honda shine. its got great features.the only drawback might be its price.it can go uptil 53k but the lowest version costs like 46.it rocks!
