This is my experience with my XCD 125cc Bike. I have purchased this in Aug 2008 and it is around 3 years since I am driving this. No doubt, it is not comparable with Pulsar 150 and above... but surely it is comparable with Hero Honda Super Splender and other 125 cc bike...
I felt that the mileage is not more than 55 KMPL ..!!! :( While I was expecting it to be 70+... But, apart from the mileage, this is good bike.. driving comfort is also good. Pick up, power etc... all is satisfactory.. Comparing the price of this and of Pulsar ... (approx 44 K for XCD 125cc and aprox 63 K for Pulsar 150cc), it is definitely value to money..!!! It is good bike for daily commuting.. definitely for suitable for them who wants only sporty look, more power to run veryyyyy fast over the road .. nothing else... But if we see it from need point of view, it is a correct choice..!!!
Most important thing is the Customer care of Bajaj, after sale, is very good... I encountered some problem with my bike initially, and faced some problem with my dealer (Krishna Bajaj, Gurgaon). But when I escalated my case to senior Management in Bajaj, it got fixed veryyyy quickly !!! Thanks to Bajaj Higher Management.. that they took care of their customer.!!!
