The product looks amazing when we shop online. However, the real problem starts when we receive it.
Its outer body is made of cheap plastic not even 2cms thick and there is no fiber glass coating inside where we store water. When we fill it up with water it gets really heavy and its a nightmare if we wanna push it from one location to another. It feels as if the product may tear out because of the plastic and the weight of the water.
When I filled it with water and tried to drag it to some distance the plastic under the blades cracked and since then I stopped dragging it around when its filled.
It makes a loooot of noise like a jet engine. The best part is that instead of cool air, the water from the sidewalls somehow interferes with the fan blades and we get sprinkles of water on to our faces.
The auto swing stops working after about 2 months of purchase and now this cooler is sitting aside in a room. Please be careful when purchasing this product. It does not live up to its name for the brand.
