I had bought Bajaj cooler TC2007 less than a month ago. It worked satisfactorily for I guess one week. In the morning it was working fine. When I turned it on in the night, its fan was not working. I lodged a complaint with Vijay Sales kothrud from where I had bought. They said after checking it that fan motor has shot.
We will replace it as its in the guarantee period, we had no issues. But it's been more than 10 days and still the shop people are telling us that the motor is not available. What I want to ask Bajaj coolers is IS YOUR SERVICE SO POOR?
We are facing problems since 10 days. Will they make that motor available after summer?
What's the fun in buying a branded cooler when they make customers suffer?! Their cooler has not worked for even 10 days! It would have been better if I had bought a local cooler.
The money I paid for Bajaj cooler, in that I could have bought a desert Cooler! People buy brands becoz there is surety that the product is of good quality. We are not buying some cheap stuff, but I cannot be sure about the cooler that I have got.
Sometimes things go wrong even with a good product, but 10 days to replace a part? That's absurd. That too in a big city like Pune? Well, definitely for me, a branded Bajaj Cooler in this scorching heat has proven to be a curse!
