Money Loss -- Head Ace. Review on Bajaj Spirit

I am writing this review on Bajaj Scooter Sprite (Automatic Gear systems). My dad bought a sprite scooter from Bajaj Dealer (Paris Automobiles Munwarabad Srinagar). Scooter was running fine, but before two year it showed some malfunctions.

My dad being a old man and working as Masson purchased this scooter by saving his life long earnings and now that money is ruined and that scooter is lying from two year at a local service vendor.

We are not able to take it back as it is not in a working conditions and that service vendor is complaining us that he had approached number of times to the Authorised Dealer but he refuses to have the spares for this scooter as this scooter is now obsolete. I personally had approached number of times to the Authorised dealer but all the time he refused to have the spares of this model.

When first time the scooter showed malfunction I personally put it at Authorized Dealers service station, but when I got tired by their ill behaviour and lame excuses, I simple got it back to my home, than after my father personally send it to local service vendor about which I have discussed above. From then after it is lying there with rust and dust.

Due to my tight schedule while working in a software company I couldn't do any thing, or complaint to any buddy, My father being as old man now regularly visits his work place while riding a simple old bicycle and regularly complaining about the pains in his legs and back. This is simply ridiculous act and cheating done by Bajaj company with my old Father. Where is justice and who are bestowed with it..........This is million dollar question.
