After seeing all saffire review; I force to right this review for my Love Saffire
I took saffire in Jan 2002 , A revised model after Bajaj introduced Saffire ( resolved suspension issue). At that time only other option was Activa which took 60 days or more for delivery.
I have a wonderful almost 5 years with Saffire. It always carry me wherever I think & I need to go.
Yes definitely it has some minor issue ; Like suddenly it stops in between , but I used to get it run easily. Then bumping on high speed breaker which is common for scooters. but overall it performed well. I have almost recovered my investment in this.
I used to service it regularly from Bajaj dealer. Also the parts are really cheap.It never cost me more than 1000Rs at any time.I never changed the Tyres too in these years.
Yes I used it single handedly & it gives me a good average in starting from 45-50. Later on it dropped to 40.
I guess Bajaj has overcome the minor problem from saffire in their new model Wave.
