My comment may be useful to bangalore riders..I bought pulsar 200 in april 2009... 4500km completed as of now.
I travel malleswrm to electronics city daily ( 53km/day) as my company located in elec.city.When I gone to Kivraj motors for test ride of P200, the showroom guy said bike will give 35km/lt.As I dont bother mileage I just neglected that point and liked the look and comfort.
I bought it.For me this Blue P200 gives 55km/lt( extra premium). In the beging I couldnt believe myself... Finally I realised that matter is with petrol bunk...Guys if u can, just try once by getting filled in petrol bunk in vasanth nagar ( near Maunt carmel college). They provide Quality petrol for same rate.
Before I was using splender, it was giving me 95km/lt..usually I use to put EXTRA premium.. for me, it gives 53km/lt currently and consistantly...if anybody dont believe me, just try in that petrol bunk and comment back...mileage also matters on the quality of riding and the way u use breaking.Thanks for reading.
