The Pulsar 135LS is the lightest and most affordable way to claim your hands from a product of the'Pulsar' sub-brand from Bajaj, which is going on creating history year after year, owing to its popularity and a reputed image of being a value-for-money entry level sportsbike. The Pulsar 135LS was the first model of Pulsar clan to feature future sharp styling which we can now see in products like Pulsar NS200 and SS200/SS400.Though having a very sleek profile unlike other'brawny' Pulsars, it still looks every bit a modern motorcycle as it has very aggressive lines covering all of the body panels. The front sports a big headlamp covered up an angular bikini fairing with small air scoops on either sides, which are unique to motorcycles of this segment. The fuel tank, although being small in size, feels large due to its well designed sharp knee recesses. The high-raised rear body panels have split vertical LED tail lamps and is devoid of a plastic mudguard, instead it gets an alloy holder, on which the license plate and turn indicators are mounted. The rear tyre hugger and split pillion grab rails complete the rear view of the bike. The instrument console is a well-thought unit, and has an LCD screen displaying digital speedometer, fuel gauge, odometer and trip meter, along with a analog tachometer and various tell tale lights. The fit and finish and switchgear quality is an excellent leap over the previous generation Pulsars, also taking in account will be the meaty switchgear. Overall, the Pulsar 135 carries all the design cues you expect on a bike from a segment higher. The engine is a sole leader of a deserted segment to say the best. Yes, the 135cc segment was though started by Hero Honda Ambition, but now only the Pulsar 135LS exists in this bracket with a potent 4-stroke, single cylinder 134.5cc engine, which churns out maximum figures of 13.5 PS of power and 11.4 Nm of torque
