User feiendly - yes it is very much user friendly , as to start this device we need to switch on only a single button which is placed at an appropraite location on outer panel.And to clean it after use is also easy , just make water little hot in itself and it will get clean soon.Handy - best for when you are travelling somewhere, may be out of station, you can carry it easily alongwith yourself without any discomfort.Design and style - its design is very attractive and stylish too , it looks good on any shelf whether in kitchen or in office or in crockery showcases almirah.Customer service- till date I havent received any problem so after sales service or complaint wasnt required.
