My Actual Experience. Review on Bajaj Platina 100 ES Alloy

Am riding my new platina comfortec BS4 from march2017 onwards by covering 11000 KMS. Using not less than 60km on week days. Before 1st service I got a mileage of 68-70 KMS, riding at 45-55 km speed .used and still using SN GRADE MOTUL semi synthetic engine oil. Changed oil at 750 - 4500-9000 kms. After 1000 kms until till, my riding speed varies from 45-70km speed, as per traffic& road conditions. Mostly 60-70kms on highways. Frankly saying, am getting only 60-63 km/ltr. We can't expect 90+km/ltr at 60+ speeds. Still we are not expecting below 70/ltr. Still, the bike is nice and giving a nice comfortable ride. Decent picup as per its features. No problems. Rear brake shoes will slightly rub the rim if overloaded than 150kgs. Have to adjust rear brake slightly. Shocks are nice as per expected. But braking is pathetic. Will surely slip if we brake at high speeds. Bajaj have to improve braking- sure. Must install disc brakes for front. Surely we feel some fear at 60+ speeds. Safety first. I used pulser earlier. Good bike with nice braking. Stable braking even at nearly 100 km speed. So friends, please take your decision by studying in detail from reviews and your requirements. Never expect more than 70% from what they stated. Still, am giving 80 mark's to new platina comfortec.
