Hello everyone, On 03/08/2017 I had purchased bajaj microwave oven from amazon and it was got delivered after a week and then a service manager from bajaj company came to my home for demo of microwave oven and when he came for demo, He told's me that there is some problem in microwave oven and they will repair the defected part. I was in shock that my new oven which is not even once used by me is defected, So after that I raise a complaint against this issue then another service manager came to my home and said that they will replace the defected microwave oven with a new one and he also gave me a written receipt of replacement and he let the oven with him for replacement . After one week I called them for the status of our raised complaint on service manager number and he's saying that they had sended the mail for replacement of product but there was no reply came from company and we have to wait for it . I don't know what is in the maill that they are sending but it is almost a month I didn't get the replaced product . Whenever I called on customer care number they always said that the product will be deliver in 3 to 4 days but till now I didn't get product. Over-all I am facing very much problem's with this issue and I don' t suggest anyone to buy any product from this company, service and support is worst in bajaj company .
