I feel this review is:
I bought this geyser as I wanted a branded and dependable product. But it stopped working in 5 months . I had all warranty papers(2yrs as offered by company) but had a herculean time getting it repaired by the customer care call center. The call center says that the repair man will visit in 2-3 days but that day never comes. When you call again they say that the complaint had not been registered and put the blame on the customer. They behave to make you feel guilty of claiming the warranty. Bajaj being a good brand(though I doubt it now) should hire a more professional customer care call center. The call center does not send any confirmation SMS so you actually do not know whether they registered your complain. So guys don't blindly depend on the BAJAJ brand.its just like any other.so why not buy a cheaper product.
