I purchased Bajaj Coolest RC 2004 Rotochill Aircooler in 2010. Till date, I never had any problem.
But, the problem is while changing the evaporative cooling pad. I searched for Balaj Coolers section in Bajaj portal, but, they never had this section itself in the website.
When they are running cooler business also, why not they include a section for this? I do not have any information on where to get the pads. They recommended to change the wood wool pad once every year. I do not know where to get this and I am in one of the metros - Chennai.
If you know someone who can help me here, it would be of much help.
