This is Radhika from Teynampet. I purchased one Kenstar Air Cooler from Ratna Stores on 22nd April 2007. Delivery boys delivered the aircooler. I told them to fix it, they informed kenstar people will be coming. I waited for one day then I called the Kenstar call centre one of the gentleman took I said I need one person to fix the aircooler.


He said no madam we will not be coming for installation please see the manual and you can fix after than he is not willing to speak he simply cut the call. By referring the manual I installed the same. But it is not a air cooler it is a fan. I do not know how to take the water out, again I called customer care no and said I do not how to take the water I need a person they said we will not sending the person for this (for whatelse you will be sending why do you are having the customer care) by phone itself I can guide you, please open it across he told me something he is not interested speak to me he simply cut the call, I was very irriated and called the same person on phone I told I need a person book a compliant my air cooler is not working, he said he will be coming? he never asked my address or the serial no.


I asked without my address how the people will be coming to residence, then he took my address I asked for complaint no. he said systems are down unable to give the complaint no. He said person will be coming within 48 hours I waited for more than 3 days after that one person came he just simply filled the warranty card and gave it to my brother (I was not there at the time). Now my kenstar aircooler is not working IT is waste of my time as well as my money Aircooler is 4575/- I wasted my money in purchasing this air cooler.


I don’t want this aircooler please take it from my residence as a free of gift. If this is going to continue surely I can say Kenstar will not be in the market in the couple of years.


I don’t want a reply from your mid jokers. If you think you are really giving response to your customers ask your Managing Director to give a reply.


Worst customer service! Worst Aircooler.False commitments and FRAUD


I would like to share one of my good experience. My friend purchased one USHA Aircooler it is working fine. If we give any complaint they respond quickly. That is Air Cooler.


KENSTAR IS NOT A AIRCOOLER IT IS OLD MODEL FAN that too waste fan
