I have purchased this product about 1 year ago and I experience that this is not so effective because sometimes the wire of this room heater burns automatically but I don't know why it happened then I call the customer care service they repair the room heater but they take too much time to repair it. So customers care services also not good. The electric room heater does not warm fastly it take too much time to heat the room which is the main drawback of this electric room heater. So we should not waste our money on this product.
