I feel this review is:
I had purchase this steam iron few years ago. Thinking that this product would decrease my expenditure by giving me a laundry like finish. Initially it worked excellent but after 5 months the base of the iron got destroyed. When I called customer care of Bajaj for servicing, there was nobody to pick up the call. Finally I gave it to a local repair shop he charged me Rs.500. But he also could not repair the iron. I just want to ask one question when Bajaj dont want to entertain any customer complaints then why do they give helpline numbers? Truly unexpected!
