Hi- Kindly think before purchase, Cheap Service, NO one proper responding.
2nd year of purchase Geyser burning in way of fire and when I have complain technician came after 3 days and said he do not know about this product and when another technician came he said no problem in this, when I asked to check flame then he said burner issue, complain again then we will change, I have complaint again and now technician not taking the call, when I called help desk then they given some number and asked call on these number but these guys also not responding and always said technician will come in one or two days but technician not came.
This kind of service is giving by Bajaj, there are not customer satisfaction, so kindly think before purchase.
Now I am thinking to go consumer protection court.
