I purchased the new food processor from Croma at Feb 2022with extended warranty till 2026.
This is using at home purpose and usage is hardly once in two days.
Now the machine is switching on but the blade is not rotating. After two weeks of follow-up a service person came home and told some internal plastic damage and needs to replace the cover. He said warrenty cannot help since this is a plastic component. Then i noticed and understand about 90 percentage parts are plastic.
Moreover the internal plastics with low quality. He was very arrogant and asked me to contact the shop i purchased and just left without fixing.
I connected to the service centre supervisor but they are telling it's their policy no warrenty for plastic parts..
I feel cheated. They are making products not fit for use or serving basic purpose.
This is my personal experience. Regret this purchase decision however my old Bajaj food processor was good and with that regard i purchased this .. but total disappointment
