I purchased Bajaj flora geyser from a reputed online store. As soon as it was installed, it worked only for a day, from the next day onwards it stopped working. So I logged a complain to the Bajaj customer care. They told that it would take around 10 days for the technician to visit. Now I got confused whether to return in 10 days, or to keep it and get it repaired when the technician arrives because after 10 days you are not allowed to return the product. So I called the customer care again and they told me to press the black reset button which is shown in the pic display, but I was shocked to see that the button does not exists in the delivered product, so that questions the genuineness of the product. So basically this is a trap and I got trapped, so in my opinion never purchase any electrical products from any online store.
