I had purchased Samsung washing machine with the nhelp of Bajaj FinServ. Customer service was good they value customers time. I got it on zero percent interest as I hold the Bajaj Finserv card. Fast and accurate service. I was happy about the deal as I got additional discount for Dusshera. I am satisfied customer with Bajaj Finserv, only the finance executives were not upto the mark with the details, unnecessary questions and documentation was asked even me holding the Bajaj Finserv card. If you hold a Bajaj Finserv card things are easy and you can save time.
