I had taken an A.C from Croma, as there is an interest free EMi option from Bajaj Finserv I had opted the same.
I was informed that I will be charged only Rs. 1/- extra just to record the swipe details.
I filled ECS form so that it will be easy from both the sides.
Now the beauty of issues started.
- Bajaj finserv sent some documents to my bank for verification, for which I was charged.
bajaj finserv had not told this to to me. I tried to get their customer care number but no such option is available.
then I went to croma again and got hold of that executive and he is also unable to reach his own company customer care.
finally I thought to leave as its just Rs. 115/- and now I will be wasting even more by going behind them.
- now the second issue. the same was repeated in 7th month again. I never failed to pay EMI till date.
and now again they sent some document for verification for which again I was charged.
same issue could contact customer care again. only through mails.
so lost another Rs. 115/- . I dont know still how many more Rs. 115/- I will be charged.
Bajaj Finserv Just mailed my statement and said we havnt deducted such amount. I dont know how they are running financial services. I said it is charged for me not deducted and paid to you as ECS. now its open thread.
This is the first time I opted such financial services, and now I will never go for another and with Bajaj Finserv I will never do or allow my kins, friends to do.
Please stay away from Bajaj Finserv, I suggest before going for any such services check their customer care numbers first.
