I have take one CD lone but shown as 2 loan A/C. Review on Bajaj Finserv

I have taken only one CD loan and closed my lone A/C last week, later I came to know through credit mantri at bajaj finserv they have created two CD loan A/C whenin I have opted for one C/D load due to which my credit score was impacted very badly and when I called yesterday bajaj customer care one of the exclusive name harshal has disconnect my call while I was on call and he was suppose to send to NOC letter but he purposely discussed my which shows the carelessness of bajaj company and the employee treat the customer. I call the the customer care around 8: 52pm.I have the proof of credit report whe the error of bajaj company has done and my call regarding is there with the company where the mistake of company employee has done. I need mount shut should help me to resolve this issue and need compansation for creating stress in mind and treated very badly by not giving proper reply and delay in sending NOC and made dummy loan account in my name.
