A dealer had recommended Bajaj Finserv when I purchased my home appliances from them. The services rendered by bajaj Finserv is very poor and not to the satisfaction of the customer.
The rates and charges on installment of any purchase is relatively high and the product cost moves up by more than 10% of the original cost, till the final instalment is paid and cleared.
I was not satisfied with their services at all. I found the service to be a bit expensive than compared to the normal bank loan facility.
The staff at the office is not so knowledgeable and do not resolve the problems quickly. They are very ignorant towards customers, when it comes to resolving problems.
