BAJAJ EMI CARD. Review on Bajaj Finserv

Dear All,

I bought home theatre through Bajaj Emi card and I have paid emi correctly and I cant able to pay 3rd emi on time since I was changed my job from one company to other company hence my salary got hold by old company and I have share this information to Mr. Tyson(collection manager, Nungambakkam, chennai) but his team mate Mr. Arun came to my place he asked the money very worst manner like shouting like anythng and I gave cheque for that month, once he received the payment cheque, he is just leaving my home when I am talking to him, when I informed this to his manager Mr. Tyson and he told that he enquired with Mr. Arun and he confirmed that he warned him.that time itself I clearly informed him that myth EMI also get bounce so I will make the payment little late, for that Mr. Tyson told that its okie.

But last week again the same guy came to my home for collection and I told him that I have already informed to your manager, but he didnt listen anything what I saying he was shouting, he dont know how to speak to customer, he is talking to me like slum guy, when I start talking he will left the place, again I informed to his manager but now he is telling each and every time your telling the same thing.

Then only I come to know all in BAJAJ FINSERV(EMI CARD) collection team is similar to kundos,

I think Bajaj gave rights to these guys to threaten their customers,

today I got a call from the same guy Arun, that time I am in training center so I messaged him what and he asked the payment, but I have already made the payment through Bajaj onine payment options, that time I have asked him where are you for that he told me that he is in IOC bridge, when I checked with my spouse, he was in my home, so why he told lie to me.

I need clearence for this, I dont know whom should contact because no one in chennai are trustable person in Bajaj.Kindly assist.

So People be careful when you get Bajaj EMI card, once you get loan by this card and if you cant able to pay make ontime even for genuine reason, they will send kundos to collect their single penny.
