I bought a camera from Amazon.com and used Bajaj Finserv for EMI. Per month they have to deduct 3000rs approx. but one month they did not deduct from the account but came home to take the balance. Next month also the same but none came to take the money and imposed a fine of 400 rs . Then I went to their office to sort out the matter. There are two offices in Kolkata. I went to kalighat branch.
I entered the office and saw huge line because their server is down. Nobody is giving any solution to me. The whole day was wasted and I had to the next day again. There are many people with lots of complains but none of them is giving a clear solution. Many people are sent to another branch for solution which is very far from this office. I am very dissatisfied with them. My work was finally done on the 3rd day and it was so hectic I promised I will not buy anything via this company again.
