Hi guys this is my honest frustartion of this company of last 6 months. I have litreally beeb financially harrased by them they told me intreset of 15-18% and actually the charged me 40% which was attrociously looting when I made complaint they were not listening there branch at sec 31 Fbd says sir write email, email guys says go yo branch, there is no respnose from customer service you can try by yourself till date the issue is unresolved some how I managed to get email id of there vp and esclated the issue and hoping he could look into matter.
I sincerly request to all people just don't use there services you will be trapped also same things I hear when Visit there branch from other customer.
I have all email conversation of them with audio recordings if by this month they dont sort this I am planing to visit consumer court.
They suck in all areas Technology, Staff, traning and.most important Customer value.
Highly disatisfied and pissed of by Bajaj finserv.
