Hi today I am going to review about my experience in bajaj finserv.
Actually, I applied flexi loan from bajaj after applying immediately it was processed and amount was got transferred my account. After they said to transfer the fund bajaj account as flexi loan. Then, I tried to transfer but, I can not able to do. Then, regarding this I contact to customer care they said that your loan was wrongly booked from our side as personal loan. Then they took around two months to change as flexi loan that I applied initially. In between they took my first emi from my bank account without utilize the loan amount itself. Regarding this they took around more than months to solve. I totally tired to continuous follow up to overcome this issue. In order to contact customer care for any query it will take around 5 minutes. Since, I applied first loan from bajaj then I realised I should not go for any loan from bajaj. The customer service is very poor. They took around two months to resolve a problem. The rate of interest is also high 15.25% when compare to other banks. This is my very worst experience from bajaj that I never forgettable. Thank you.
