There is no contact number via which we can call & talk to any customer care representative. No response over Mail. Only IVR number is provided for complaints.I have purchased mobile for 8 emi. After paying the 2 installments, then foreclosure the loan & paid the full payment.
But still they debit the installments for my bank account Continuously. I tried to contact customer care so many times but no number I was found.At the end, I was find the Bajaj finserv office & give the complaint to representative. After 7days they refund the excess amount to me.
