Hi,


This is Vijayasagar Reddy - 42512324 applied for the Elite card dated on the 08- Sep-2017 by paying Rs 4777 as promised that I will get the EMI card with the limit of Rs 3,00,000 but I got only the limit Rs 1,02,000.


When I tried to contact customer care people by dialing the number which is present back side of the EMI card i.e. 020-39575152 the people are telling that your card is Elite so you need to contact the Elite customer care and they had given the wrong number i.e. 18002099370 in the 1st call. But this number is not working.


Again I made call to 020-39575152 this time they had given the another number, when I asked the customer care guy Moses he said that we have another number i.e. 020-67039700. Again I made call to 020-67039700 this time also the number is not exist.


After 2 times experience I made a call to 020-39575152 this time they had given the 18002009070, whats the problem of elite customer care service. The call is getting ending continuously


I got fed-up with Elite and Bajaj Fin EMI card, I don't want to beg customer care people as the response is worst and elite customer care numbers itself are not working.


As promised I didn't get the credit limit of 3 Lacs I want to cancel the card and please reimburse my Rs 4777, if I have paid the same amount Rs 4777 to any credit card services they will offer nice services. In that case what is the point I am paying the Rs 4777 to worst customer care service where they don't have even the proper customer care service.


The customer care service guy Moses response is too worst.

I send the mail to the bajaj guys as they don't have Elite customer care service. But there is no response from the Bajaj guys.

You said that you will give a call back by yesterday evening by checking all the records. What happened to that please reply soon.


As per the conversation you said that If the sales person given wrong commitment then you will give punishment to him and when I asked what about the customer amount, you said that we won't give back the amount at any cost.


Is this the way the Bajaj Fin Service is working. My problem are as follows:




  1. The Elite Customer care numbers are not working -- Now you people are not talking about this and you kept this issue completely said.




  2. The customer care guy Moses and 1st customer care guy also given wrong numbers . I said the response of Moses is too bad. -- No one is giving any response for this question.




  3. You people are giving the Bajaj Fin Service customer care number on the back of the card but when we are making a call to the number they are telling to give a call Elite customer service, giving wrong number each time and the numbers won't connect also.






-- I made call three times to get customer care number and 3 times they had given wrong number.


-- They can't able to give all numbers at a time, I tried to 1st number then it's not working again I made call then another guy Moses said that 1st number is wrong and he given the wrong number. When I asked why you are printing the number then they are telling if you want call to Elite customer care and ask in the rude manner.
