Whomsever it may concern:
This is to inform you that I have purchased a washing Machine from Bajaj Finserv, now I had a balance in my account at 2nd May so that Bajaj company can deduct the EMI.
Charges Availed Rs. 345 at 04/05/2017 & Rs. 350 at 13/06/2017.
I dont know how you guys charged me Rs. 345 extra without deducting the EMI also on top of it again Bajaj Finserve has charged me Rs. 350 without any intimation.
Refund request via email has been done but no proper reply receiving.
Just a fraudster company now they are giving threatening calls and trying to reach at home handled by local collection dept. There numbers as below 9909030673 & 9773225078.
Its very pathetic don’t ever take loans from BAJAJ FINSERVE….THEY ARE CHEATERS.
