Pre approved personal loan. Review on Bajaj Finserv

I am a privilege caustomer at bajajfinserv but iam not happy with the caustomer service.because few days ago bajaj finserv offer me a pre approved loan offer.i also want to get the offer and submitted my request and I got a confirmation call from bajaj finserv personal loan team and the caller said to me you have got the loan amount at3-4 days at your bank account so please give us your document for approved the loan and I will send a representatives your malling address for documents collection.so I alredy wait for the representatives at fix time but dnt came any one .i mail 8-10 time every deperment but they're assure me at phone calls our personal loan department contact with you soon.but did not connect with me any one.and after few days call me a caller and said me your loan application has been rejected now.with out showing any cause.i also paid my emi at right time.but caustomer cooperation is very poor.they also false commitment me.
