I had taken consumer loan for TV and after the first EMI I tried to get in touch with customer are to change the bank details
Back to back 3 people from different company came and collected it but none of the mandate went to my new bank details
After raising a complaint got a reply that they will submit in the next month same thing happen again got fed up and closed the account by paying the entire outstanding.
